Shopping for the best mortgage rates with multiple lenders... a broker gave a quote from td then we went to our td branch for another quote. The rates at the branch were lower than the rates given to us from a broker but now the branch won't give us a mortgage at the lower rate rather than trying force us to take it out through a broker at a higher rate.
