1st time this happened. I'm at td bank by Lakeshore Oakville to use just the machine and the doors are locked. Is this something new that can only access the machines if the bank is open???
Great customer service, I spoke with Vladimir who helped me patiently for 45 minutes and resolved all my issues. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

I visited the branch with a cheque from their client, they were stubborn to their decisions, behavior was not rude but cannot be considered appropriate or polite. Highly recommended to avoid this branch as much one can. Worst td branch I have visited. Thanks.
