This branch blows. The Atm is only open when the branch is open. Also got wrong advice from them twice. Once about inheritance RRSP beneficiary from a manager there and another time from Advisor saying I could not partially move my RRSP into a RIFF. He told me I had to move it all at once. Beware of this branch.
I closed my account at TD for their terrible service and I'm glad I did. I'll never be there customer ever again. Their explanation is terrible and they don't care about their customers. I wish I had read the comments before coming to this branch because their branch manager Valeria is extremely condescending, cuts you off, and dismissive. Amazing bank, great people
Worst customer service. The staff is not willing to understand client issues and help. They are dismissive and not care much for client retention. Happy to move business elsewhere.
