Omar, a manager at this branch in Oakville, is horribly rude. I called today to discuss my experience with him, but he decided to cut me off and offer to transfer me to his manager. This branch blows. The Atm is only open when the branch is open. Also got wrong advice from them twice. Once about inheritance RRSP beneficiary from a manager there and another time from Advisor saying I could not partially move my RRSP into a RIFF. He told me I had to move it all at once. Beware of this branch.
I closed my account at TD for their terrible service and I'm glad I did. I'll never be there customer ever again. Their explanation is terrible and they don't care about their customers. I wish I had read the comments before coming to this branch because their branch manager Valeria is extremely condescending, cuts you off, and dismissive.
