This branch has 2 large screen TVs advertising their services. All this in English, not one word of FRENCH. We are a bilingual country, very disappointing. Other branches respect our country. Teller service was excellent. Do better TD Canada Trust.
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THE LADY “MARIE” IS JUST SOOOOO UNBELIEVABLY BAD. I FEEL DISRESPECTED AND SO AS MY CO WORKERS. I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS IS BECAUSE WE ARE FILIPINO OR WHAT. HOWEVER. PLEASE LEARN HOW TO APPROACH PEOPLE PROPERLY. IT’S CALLED HUMAN DECENCY! VERY BAD. JUST TRAUMATICALLY BAD.
