Kevin was very helpful and understanding. It was my first time processing a bank draft and I even made a mistake not being fully prepared for it. He made sure to check all the boxes in prepping the bank draft and even advised me on my next steps. Solid customer service!
Sabitha is terrible, I applied for a credit limit increase and she is not knowledgeable as she gives contradicting answers from one question to another. I had to go to the office to know the final status of my application because somehow I never received an email. I’m still waiting for that email btw.
