My boyfriend went into this bank this morning hoping to get a copy of his tax slips. The employee at this bank proceeded to tell him to"just print the tax slips off the app on his own" and turned him away. Customer service is really lacking at this location. I personally bank with Scotia Bank, TD sounds like an absolute nightmare when it comes to customer service. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the new branch manager. The interaction was unprofessional, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. Her demeanor was cold and unapproachable, and I was made to feel as though I was doing something wrong or asking for too much, despite making a reasonable request. Outstanding service from the branch manager and team. After realizing a fraudulent call claiming to be from TD had targeted me, I rushed to the branch in a panic. They immediately stepped in, acted quickly to secure my account, and prevented funds from being withdrawn. Their calm, professional, and swift response stopped the situation from escalating.
