If I could give you no stars, I definitely would. I went into the branch at 5:40pm, and didn't leave till 6:20pm, and didn't complete my banking needs. I waited in line with only two tellers open for over 30 minutes. There was one teller floating around instead of opening another section. You have a dog walking around without a leash. I don’t know why animals are allowed in the bank without a leash. I am allergic to animals, so that made the experience very uncomfortable and irritating to start off. Came in today and dealt with Christian. He was amazing and very informative about my investment and saving options. If you ever need to book an appt, book with Christian. I had a 10/10 experience with him. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Had Gerardo helping me today, super sweet and educated me on different products and upgrades that would benefit me. Within minutes and no hassle things were all set up, thanks again!
