On September 15, 2025, I deposited three cheques at the branch. The teller called the manager to sign off so the cheques would not be placed on hold. At no point did either the teller or the manager inform me that a hold was being applied. As a result, this has caused serious issues: a supplier cheque I issued bounced. Been coming to this branch for the last couple of years. Always leave completely satisfied. The bankers behind the desk are always friendly and willing to guide with awesome advice. Keep it up TD.
Why are six people standing outside of the branch at 910 am opening hours 0900??? Including one of the employees? If there is a process to open then the manager should come in earlier. Unacceptable
