Extremely unhelpful. I came in at 6:05 and they wouldn’t let me in for even a withdrawal even when there were 5-6 people standing in line. I told them the only way I can access my USD account is inside the bank and I was flying out that same night. Would not recommend this branch unless you just want to get inconvenienced to access your own money. Their ATM does not have access to your own USD chequing account just so they can make a buck on your conversion
staff are really relaxing here, if you wanna kill your time, pls come here.
If I could give you no stars, I definitely would. I went into the branch at 5:40pm, and didn't leave till 6:20pm, and didn't complete my banking needs. I waited in line with only two tellers open for over 30 minutes. There was one teller floating around instead of opening another section. You have a dog walking around without a leash. I don’t know why animals are allowed in the bank without a leash. I am allergic to animals, so that made the experience very uncomfortable and irritating to start off. Came in today and dealt with Christian. He was amazing and very informative about my investment and saving options. If you ever need to book an appt, book with Christian. I had a 10/10 experience with him. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.
