Claudia was amazing, I had many, many requests and things were done qucikly. She seems relatively new and had to go ask questions to coworkers or her manager but I did not mind that, just appreciated her willingness and passion to help me the best way she could. Two things to mention though to the management: 1. There was a delay in opening an account as the system gave us an error msg - not acceptable given it was 2. Unbelievable service here, One of the worst encounters I've ever had! Whats the point in coming in for an appointment if I cant even get a call or email back? According to the lady whom I spent 30 minutes with, told me she would get back to me in 2 business days..... ITS BEEN A WEEK. No call, No email, DEAD SILENCE. I even messaged her, called, emailed, NOTHING. Ive had better service at a rundown pub in the worst part of the city compared to this place. DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
Earlier this year I had booked a meeting in advance with a TD "Personal Banking Associate", Charles Xie, at the TD branch at 808 Leslie. I arrived on the appointed day, on time, however Mr. Xie was nowhere to be found. The branch manager, Samira Wardak, said "Oh, don't worry, he'll be here soon." He turned up about 10 minutes late for our meeting and seemed resentful that I had asked his manager where he was.
