Unbelievable service here, One of the worst encounters I've ever had! Whats the point in coming in for an appointment if I cant even get a call or email back? According to the lady whom I spent 30 minutes with, told me she would get back to me in 2 business days..... ITS BEEN A WEEK. No call, No email, DEAD SILENCE. I even messaged her, called, emailed, NOTHING. Ive had better service at a rundown pub in the worst part of the city compared to this place. DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
Earlier this year I had booked a meeting in advance with a TD "Personal Banking Associate", Charles Xie, at the TD branch at 808 Leslie. I arrived on the appointed day, on time, however Mr. Xie was nowhere to be found. The branch manager, Samira Wardak, said "Oh, don't worry, he'll be here soon." He turned up about 10 minutes late for our meeting and seemed resentful that I had asked his manager where he was. It doesn't matter what time of day I go to this branch or whether there is one person in line or ten, there is never enough staff and always a very long wait to do very basic banking. It's incredibly frustrating and even though it's around the corner from my house, I only come to this branch when absolutely necessary. I've given this feedback before and either get a blank stare or a shrug.
I’m very disappointed with the service I received from this bank. Unfortunately, every step of the process was stressful and unprofessional. I asked for clear information, but instead I was met with delays, confusion, and a lack of proper guidance. Each time I tried to solve my issue, I was passed from one person to another and no one took responsibility.
