Worse experience ever at this branch! Do not trust Lovely Sachdeva. She is incompetent and will deny any responsibility. I came in to open a spousal RRSP account and she incorrectly advise me to open a different account . She denies responsibility and tried to blame me for given wrong instructions. This issue has escalated to TD customer care and after 3 months there is still no solution. It seem they don’t care or consider from the customer’s perspective.
