Friendly staff.
Claudia was amazing, I had many, many requests and things were done qucikly. She seems relatively new and had to go ask questions to coworkers or her manager but I did not mind that, just appreciated her willingness and passion to help me the best way she could. Two things to mention though to the management: 1. There was a delay in opening an account as the system gave us an error msg - not acceptable given it was 2. She needs and deserves a PRINTER in her office. With a printer right next to her, it could have saved a good... read more
Unbelievable service here, One of the worst encounters I've ever had! Whats the point in coming in for an appointment if I cant even get a call or email back? According to the lady whom I spent 30 minutes with, told me she would get back to me in 2 business days..... ITS BEEN A WEEK. No call, No email, DEAD SILENCE. I even messaged her, called, emailed, NOTHING. Ive had better service at a rundown pub in the worst part of the city compared to this place. DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
