Not GTA's but North America's worst branch to have your account. Unfortunately I have business account with this branch. I have 7 employees to pay and their source deduction to government of Canada to pay on a monthly basis. I'm trying to register my signature on this account, working with Assistant branch manager Navneet Kumar for last 4 months, as of today April 15, 2025 account is not fixed. I have been going to this branch since 2006 (business). After Covid, service has gone down the drain. I have introduced many customers in the PAST but will not in the future. Overall TD has become a greedy poor service bank. Prefer RBC or BMO.I was there again Oct 3rd 2022 at 5.32PM line upto the entrance and got worst. Quick and easy today
I went to deposit a cheque at this location yesterday (a small one, less than $500) and the manager refused to do it. I have deposited cheques for $3000-5000 on other occasions and its totally up to the managers discretion. I have been banking with TD for over 25 years. I will not be recommending this branch due to their poor customer service
