Victor Lu was extremely helpful in assisting me and my husband with opening a new checking account and credit cards. He is knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. We highly recommend him at this branch.

Update: as it turned out, the wire was sat upon internally and I wound up watching the deadline slide past and personally having to fork out over a thousand bucks to cover the cost of the extension. Things finally moved after involving my lawyer. Funds cleared just minutes from needing to take out an emergency mortgage to avert greater cashflow issues and imminent lawsuits!
