Painful and Poor end to end customer experience today. I’m very upset with this TD branch and the back office. Visited with my elderly father to deposit a certified cheque he made with his own money from another bank to deposit to his own TD account in the same name to be deposited at this TD branch. Easy? Heck no! Not even after providing ID, bank card with PIN, and one time password by SMS, the teller tells us there’s a block on the account and gives us a phone number to call ourselves.
