I would like to share my recent experience with appointments involving Stephen and Mavis. I had scheduled meetings with both of them; however, on two occasions Mavis was unavailable. This caused inconvenience and required additional follow-up on my part. During the discussions related to an overdraft application, staff repeatedly requested sensitive personal and financial information. Had a really great experience at TD! Chris and Stephan were both incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. Chris took the time to explain everything clearly and spent almost an hour helping me get everything sorted out. Stephan has also helped me and was so friendly and supportive. Really appreciate the excellent customer service from both of them. Thank you!

I always had pleasant experiences with one regular female advisor until one day she failed to show up for a scheduled phone appointment. She called 20 minutes later, which I missed, and then decided to cancel the appointment without any explanation or follow-up. Maybe it's common to look down on customers this way in mainland/HK, but this level of service would be considered unacceptable even in 3rd world countries.

我是这家分行的老客户，经历过一批又一批的前台工作人员的更换，一直对这家分行的服务感到还好。可是，最近这批新人，明显感到比以前的前台工作人员消极怠工，工作效率极其低下。昨天下午，大概有十个左右的客户在排队，前台有三个工作人员在为大家服务。然而，他们几乎都要平均花费十几分钟接待一个客户，其中一个女工作人员，从我到银行，到我办理完我的业务，她至始至终只接待了一个人。在那里等待的时间真的感到很沮丧。每个人的时间都很宝贵，再这样去，我宁愿走的远一点，我也不会再在这里白白浪费我的时间。

I am absolutely not surprised by this branch’s ratings. I have to give it 1 star, although I would have preferred the option to give zero. As a former loyal customer, I will be switching banks due to the unacceptable customer service I experienced at this TD branch. Specifically, Chu’s behaviour was extremely disappointing. I felt racially profiled and was treated with a complete lack of respect and professionalism.
