Can't access the ATMs after hours.
Not having the ATM accesible outside of banking hours is a significant inconvenience for all TD customers living in South End. Get a card scan system that allows your customers to access the ATM.
Even tho I lacked the proper paperwork for my dealings with this bank/branch, I found the staff to be rude and unfriendly. Definitely not going back and will deal with one of their other locations.
The front counter staff lacked the knowledge to help me with the simple task of logging in to my online banking after replacing my access card. They were dismissive and overall unpleasant to deal with. After receiving no help from your uninformed staff, I called the 1-800 number and got my problem solved immediately. Obviously there is a knowledge gap somewhere that you need to solve.
