Unfortunately this is no longer the TD branch we used to love.
Lana Gryshchenko, the manager of the branch, helped me out in a difficult situation where I was concerned about not being able to pay for food because of a cheque that was placed on hold due to system security features. While we couldn’t take care of the cheque issue, her kindness, professionalism, and ability to provide me with a temporary solution while waiting for the cheque to clear made a big difference and helped ease my stress.
