I had great experience at this branch. I showed up an hour early for my appointment and Fin Advisor Louise still was able to find time for me and helped to resolve problem with my account very quickly and giving me guidance on next steps to take in future, when needed
I have been a TD customer for 15 years, and never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect at any branch — until I came to 2110 Wyandotte St W, Windsor. The very second I stepped out of my car, before I could even take one step, some guy stormed out of the bank with his arms crossed, face twisted in anger, and barked at me: “You going to the bank?!” He shouted it like I was some criminal trespassing.
