We had an issue with my wife regarding our accounts being locked due to security measures. Shivani Patel helped us in a very professional way. she was very patient, knowledgable and polite. She spent lots of time to help us, call Fraud department and explained the situation. We would like to thank her for professionalism and amazing customer service.
I have been a customer of TD Bank for approximately 25 yrs and not once have I ever felt displeased. I have never felt less than anyone else. The staff has been very kind to me.Actually went above and beyond their duties to help me with my Ontario ID card renewalll so i would not have to take a handicap taxi from the bank to the office to renew my card and then come back to the bank and then home.once they had me registered everything regarding my account went through just fine. So on't with td. I have been with them since before 2008 and I am disgusted with how they have changed. Highly do no recommend
