My partner and I have been very disappointed with the service at this TD branch. We booked an appointment to set up a joint bank account and credit card, but the process has been unnecessarily time-consuming and inefficient. It took 1.5 hours just to open the joint account, and I was told I needed a separate appointment to apply for a credit card because we required a limit higher than $2,500. BE AWARE of the person named Basil. I opened a student account with him, and he didn’t enroll me in the student offer. I specifically requested to be enrolled and I lost $125 because of him!!!!!!
They have weird and inconvenient policies of only giving out rolls of loonies, making it quite difficult to get some exact change. Only experienced this at this location.
Extremely disappointed by the customer service. Shuvet is the one who was handling my banking but not recommend him at all.
