BE AWARE of the person named Basil. I opened a student account with him, and he didn’t enroll me in the student offer. I specifically requested to be enrolled and I lost $125 because of him!!!!!!
They have weird and inconvenient policies of only giving out rolls of loonies, making it quite difficult to get some exact change. Only experienced this at this location.
Extremely disappointed by the customer service. Shuvet is the one who was handling my banking but not recommend him at all.
