Worst bank. This chubby lady with glasses was so selective on who she wants to help. Same with the guy in the grey suit. Incident happened this morning when I visited.
The Service is extremely poor .
I went to open a Student Chequing account with Basil Thomas at this TD branch. Be very careful . I was not asking for credit from TD. I turned down credit card offers, and overdraft protections. Basil conducted a hard inquiry into my credit and when I checked my credit report, that inquiry made a negative dent in my credit . I never authorized him to do so. The bank is yet to resolve the issue. Other banks only conduct a soft inquiry which has no effect on credit. That guy has ruined my credit for the next many years.
