Friendly service, I am not a TD holder but they are kind in regard to not being one when am in need.
On Sunday the drive-thru ATM was not printing receipts and the branch doors were locked which meant no access to the two indoor ATM'S. If you're going to lock the branch "after hours", please at least make sure that the drive-thru has enough paper to be fully functional. Enough people are already ticked off with TD.
We would like to thank one of your staff, Abid, for amazing customer service. Had to get a bank card replaced and he was very professional and extremely patient, taking the time with us in explaining everything involved in the process. Very friendly, knowledgeable young gentlemen who had us leaving this branch with a very good impression. This gentleman deserves to be recognized for his professional and friendly manner. He is a definite asset to your bank.
I recently visited TD Canada Trust Branch to open a new account, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! The staff was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. They patiently guided me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was completed smoothly. A big thank you to "Krishnali Lotia" for their exceptional service.
