Only one in line, waiting for 2 tellers to serve two clients. One teller doing extended banking transactions. The other having an extended conversation with her client about unemployment insurance and various details. First teller finally finished and I stepped forward to complete my 1 minute transaction. Not the first time I've endured employees conducting extended, non banking, conversations at this branch.
Friendly service, I am not a TD holder but they are kind in regard to not being one when am in need.
On Sunday the drive-thru ATM was not printing receipts and the branch doors were locked which meant no access to the two indoor ATM'S. If you're going to lock the branch "after hours", please at least make sure that the drive-thru has enough paper to be fully functional. Enough people are already ticked off with TD.
We would like to thank one of your staff, Abid, for amazing customer service. Had to get a bank card replaced and he was very professional and extremely patient, taking the time with us in explaining everything involved in the process. Very friendly, knowledgeable young gentlemen who had us leaving this branch with a very good impression. This gentleman deserves to be recognized for his professional and friendly manner. He is a definite asset to your bank.
