Today I went to the TD bank for open an account. Then I got great experience from the staff of there.My appointment was with mr.Abdullah who is a great supportive person and I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
I was just at the branch on castlemore and Markham main st. to deposit my toonies and loonies coins. And I had the worst ever encounter with a personal banker Derek Lam who claims he is a branch manager after I had asked to speak to the manager but unfortunately the manager is not in til the afternoon. I had to deal with him and this man was very condescending in the beginning, I went up to him and I even apologized for giving him work to count coins.
