My experience at this branch was completely unacceptable. Both the teller and the branch manager demonstrated a disappointing lack of professionalism and customer care. Rather than listening to my concerns or making a genuine effort to assist, I felt dismissed and treated as though my issue was an inconvenience. I would not recommend coming here. I had an issue with the atm and contacted support who did not even helped me at all. I then went into the branch who then told me to wait for support to get back to me. I wouldn’t bank here as they don’t value their customers. Also they told me they would get back to me within 5 business days, and they didn’t. I had to call them.After all of that I’m still out of my 400$. (Update June 7th) they responded and said it would be taken care of but I haven’t heard anything back from anyone at TD.... read more
