My review today is for Etisam Amir, personal banking associate at the 9870 HW 48 Markham branch. I ran into an operational execution and had lost hopes in the banking administration. Amir, went out of the way and decided to give things a second chance. I am very grateful to him for getting me the services that I had requested and deserved. If it wasn’t up to his intervention, I would have taken my business somewhere else. Thanks Amir and I would recommend you strongly to my friends and family members.
Some Chinese manager was really rude, immediately rebuking my complaint without hearing the whole story. After some "not-so-friendly" persuasion from me, he finally listened to the whole story, and realized what happened and apologized about the mistake THEIR BRANCH MADE. I'll never go back to this branch again, ever!
