The gentleman teller at front is very unprofessional and impatient. Zero eye contact and reaching out try to grab cash.
Friendly tellers but not much consistency. The tellers doesn't seem to have clear direction from management about what they can or cannot do for customers. Tried to order some bills said it could be done by one teller, then the next says I can't, finally the 3rd says I can but minimum is 1/2 bundle (50 bills) with a fee. I don't have this issue with any other TD branch. Unfortunately, this is the closest one to me.
My experience with TD Bank was great thanks to Himani, she is really supportive and resourceful. She takes an extra step to make sure i am provided with the best service i need. Thanks Himani
