The service was outstanding. As soon as the customer entered the branch, the manager stepped in right away and made sure they were well taken care of. I remembered my appointment at wrong date. They still tried their best to meet my need and solve my problems. Very much appreciated!
The service is extremely slow! They like to chitchat a lot making a short line up to wait forever.
