Fast service, nice staff
I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible service we received from Zunaira Yunus the Customer Experience Manager. My 85-year-old mother needed assistance, and [he/she/they] treated her with such remarkable patience, care, and genuine compassion. Yunus Zunaira was incredible in helping me resolve a mishandled mortgage payout from another branch. She took ownership, stayed in constant communication, and made sure everything was completed accurately and efficiently. Her professionalism and attention to detail made a stressful process seamless. Truly outstanding service!
This is by far the worst TD branch in Guelph. The service is terrible, and staff often dismiss or disrespect international students, seniors, or anyone who doesn’t speak perfect English. Instead of helping, they make people feel small and ignored. It’s shocking that such poor service is tolerated at a major Canadian bank. If you care about being treated with basic respect, avoid this branch. Absolute worst. In paticular, an indian supervisor was the worst bank staff ever.
