Such a great branch with really helpful staff! I’m so glad I switched banks!
The manager is beyond disrespectful. She was extremely rude and no help! I was advised from my home branch how to proceed with a transaction, I came in doing just as I was told. The teller was great and was extremely helpful answering all my questions, until the branch manager had to approve part of it. She came in pushing the teller out of the way, being extremely aggressive and rude, accusing me of lying when I explained that this is how my home branch told me to proceed. Their leadership is so bad I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this branch with depositing a work pay check . Takes them forever to verify it then they will force you to go to your home branch. Very inconvenient and waste of time to come to this branch for any banking service.
