There is always a line nearly out the door. Not enough tellers. A “manager” that is walking around asking if she can help people at the ATM instead of just helping them at the desk. The people are always lovely but I can’t spend 40 min when I need to go to the bank.
Never enough tellers. Frequent lengthy lineups.
