I see the bank doesn’t have the highest of reviews so I thought I’d put one here to say I had a very nice customer service call and thought it was worth mentioning in a review. One of the nicest customer service calls I’ve had.
The service here is always great. The young lady at the front with curly hair and glasses (apologies for not remembering her name) is especially friendly and helpful every time I visit. Excellent customer service.
This is more of an update for specifically today, Sunday, August 24th, 2025. I went to this branch -understanding the main branch itself was closed- as I only needed the TD ATM/ABM, however, the doors were locked to the whole building. Okay, I understand that for security as well, and being "Closed on Sunday" is legitimate. I walked to the drive-thru ATM/ABM, only to find that that machine wasn't accepting TD cards either. This branch has gone down over the years . I have been their customer for the last 19 to 20 years and initially the branch had friendly / fast and accommodating tellers and after covid I have seen their customer service go down like a kid on a slide. I avoid going there because all the good people have left this branch and the new ones are slow and lethargic which results in long line ups which makes me feel like I am standing in a bus stop endlessly waiting for a bus .
