Such a great branch with really helpful staff! I’m so glad I switched banks!
The manager is beyond disrespectful. She was extremely rude and no help! I was advised from my home branch how to proceed with a transaction, I came in doing just as I was told. The teller was great and was extremely helpful answering all my questions, until the branch manager had to approve part of it. She came in pushing the teller out of the way, being extremely aggressive and rude, accusing me of lying when I explained that this is how my home branch told me to proceed.
