Worst bank ever! Untrained financial advisors Incompetent front line staff Assistant Branch Manager provides zero assistance and no follow up! Scary these people have control of your funds!
Deposited a check they held it for 8 days 5 business days and 2 weekends wow been with them for 40 years worst service ever called and got nowhere.
I see the bank doesn’t have the highest of reviews so I thought I’d put one here to say I had a very nice customer service call and thought it was worth mentioning in a review. One of the nicest customer service calls I’ve had.
The service here is always great. The young lady at the front with curly hair and glasses (apologies for not remembering her name) is especially friendly and helpful every time I visit. Excellent customer service.
