I had a very positive experience at TD on Scottsdale Drive. The associate named Gail was incredibly helpful when the bank suspected fraudulent activity on my account. She understood how stressful the situation was and handled everything professionally and efficiently. Gail did all the legwork to help resolve the issue and kept me informed throughout the process.
