It’s a bank. They don’t care about you…they care about your money and how much they can make from you! That said…we are now in our third appointment to try and get a student loan! Each person we meet with says we need to meet with someone else! So glad I took time off work to come to these appointments. Who knew student loans were so difficult?!?!
If I could post a negative number or zero I would Clearly this bank does not care about its clientele. I took my elderly mother who is a fall risk and cancer patient who is quite weak to the drive through ATM. It advised her card was not working. So I took her inside the branch, without her walker but holding my arm.
