I have many new cards. I had all my payee transferred to my new card. Now I have to find and re add my payees. The teller never added them to my new card.
I visited this branch today, August 8th, at around 2:00 PM, and had an absolutely terrible experience. The level of service I received was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I went to the branch for something as simple as obtaining statements. I was initially dealing with a trainee who clearly did not know how to properly assist me and was unable to provide a straightforward answer. Very disappointing service. I waited for over 45 minutes, and during that time only one customer was served. The staff didn’t seem to make any effort to work more efficiently, even though there was a long line of people waiting. The service was extremely slow and frustrating. Horrible ..
