I've been banking here for 10 years and over the course of the last 12 months at this branch, ESPECIALLY the new managers behind the tellers are horrible. 5-7 staff behind the counter, 2 of them working while the rest are talking, while there are 10-15 people waiting in line. Also the attitude of some of the senior staff is quite funny, they walk around with their noses in the air like they're solving world hunger or the climate crisis, get over yourselves. You are in the customer service business, be better!
TD’s phone operators are so rude to their customers… It’s beyond to the pale to force their customers to pronounce their names in their own language… I was not born to serve your needs, TD, thank you… I will cancel all services with TD soon…
