Terrible wait, as too many stories being talked, financial advice shouldn’t be holding up the line instead do it in a room; absolutely terrible service. 10+ minutes wait at 9am. I’ll go to another location next time
The woman like Olivoa Chow was so rude and impolite
Horrible experience at the branch. Took forever for the staff to finish their talks and stories to get back to work. Needed to put cheques for business, took them forever and even after I’ve been told it’ll go on hold. Teller and manager couldn’t tell why. I’ve been using different Td branches all the time, worst experience here, avoid going here
