The staff is super helpful here. They've tended to people requiring first aid.
There is no respect at this branch. I am hard of hearing and identified this to the teller. Not once but 3 times. He continued to speak at a volume I could not hear and actually turned away so I could not read lips. I asked him a 4th time to speak up and look at me so I could hear/read his lips and he rolled his eyes at me. I stated that I had a disability and he ignored me and when I repeated what I needed from him to be able to complete the transaction he ROLLED HIS EYES. How is this acceptable?? Bad experience with a supervisor who was uneducated on basic TD protocols and as a result tried to redirect me to a phone line and talked over my questions because they weren’t willing to admit their absence of knowledge for an easyweb prompt which directs clients to a local branch for further information.
This branch never fails to disappoint.
