This branch’s ATM is located in a vestibule that is locked outside of bank hours, which undermines the purpose of having an ATM in the first place. Managing security and access is a normal cost of operating a physical bank and shouldn’t be passed on to customers as reduced convenience. Experiences like this are why many people are shifting toward online banks with more flexible, customer-friendly ATM access.
You people really should be ashamed. I went in to try and sell a gold bar, that I bought from you, with an account from eight years ago. First, I call to verify you do indeed buy back gold. When I go, I wait what seems like a half hour (severely understaffed)- all to tell me to book an appointment. I ask when the next available is, you tell me a week from now. The staff is super helpful here. They've tended to people requiring first aid.
There is no respect at this branch. I am hard of hearing and identified this to the teller. Not once but 3 times. He continued to speak at a volume I could not hear and actually turned away so I could not read lips. I asked him a 4th time to speak up and look at me so I could hear/read his lips and he rolled his eyes at me. I stated that I had a disability and he ignored me and when I repeated what I needed from him to be able to complete the transaction he ROLLED HIS EYES. How is this acceptable??
