Absolutely disgusted with the service at this branch, denying service because they deemed our id not sufficient yet I call head office and they said that ID was perfectly fine to use. This stinks of racism and Jacob should be fired.
"NO"...was asked 7x's May 27th. Teller+"Manager customer experience" It is completely unacceptable for a customer service representative to behave aggressively unprofessionally, bully or demand explanation after clearly declined a service. Ignoring a customers "No" in a desperate attempt to meet their quotas! Also "No" interest in "lip service" to make issue go away without actually enacting any change or taking accountability.
Chris Coubourne is the reason I go to this location. Tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. He's been my go-to person for years now and knows more than anyone in the business.
This by far has to be the worst branch. My partner came to deposit a cheque that other branches had released before, just to be told that they cannot release it due to policy. We ended up going to another branch and they released it immediately. This is after having multiple issues with this branch in the past due to poor customer service. Clearly they are operating as an independent entity. Go to any other branch, this one is terrible.
