Denys was super helpful and patient with me managing my cross border banking.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. I opened a new account for my father who is a senior online. He was asked to come into the branch with ONE piece of ID, so he did that. He was turned away by an extremely rude woman. He went back to the branch the following day with THREE pieces of ID and was told he had to book an appointment with an advisor. WHY? This sort of customer service is deplorable and you guys need to hire new people....absolutely EMBARASSING.
