Somehow I misplaced my wallet. Someone found it and turned it to the bank. THE BANK CALLED ME AT CLOSING TIME GIVING NO TIME TO GET THERE. I WENT ANYWAY, MANGER WAS THERE AND 2 STAFF, HOW EVER THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY WALLET TOLD ME YO COME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY. WHY? COULDN'T THEY GIVE ME MY WALLET? I WENT CRAZY SEARCHING FOR IT. SO UN FAIR
I have never attended this location but spoke to associate, Yasmina over the phone and she really went above and beyond.
This staff is very invasive and they seem to not know how the laws work about interrogating people for depositing their rent money
