I live close by For the past 3 years it has never been once that their ATM worked properly. It is either out of service or doesn’t accept cash or something else. How is it even possible? You don’t have a technician? Update: just randomly checked it , it doesn’t work, again.. not surprised

This is not acceptable. I’ve been banking here for 14 years . I want someone in leadership to be made aware. This staff member made inappropriate personal advances toward me and retaliated by denying my service.”

Horrific service. Was scammed by a company that immediately went out of business and after months of being jerked around was told basically it was not the banks problem. Made a big purchase at a store in Sherway mall that closed its doors the following week - never received my order. I was jerked around for MONTHS by TD - and was told to contact the merchant.
