Generally positive experiences at this branch. Key is to retain top key knowledgable management to help staff know proceedures. Kevin Mathews is great and helped me with the final steps of closing out a mortgage on closing day which was much appreciated. Convenient location but I wish they didn't renovate the ATM to be facing outside the public which is prone to theft or wind blowing away your withdrawn cash bills...
Polite and pleasant service from the frontline reps, and the branch is clean with free 1-hour validated parking at the Metro supermarket pay machine—a convenient touch. However, there’s a noticeable gap in staff training. I interacted with two representatives in one visit—both were courteous but lacked key knowledge. One gentleman struggled for nearly 30 minutes to set up EasyWeb, only to need a manager's help. There are not enough words to describe how much I LOATHE every single one of these banks in this world. I have never had a check bounce in my entire life. Long story short I usually get paid via EFT through my employers and clients. Today I was given a check from a company who has EFT’d me numerous times this year. Big amounts as well.
