Good afternoon, I went in here to deal with affairs pertaining to my father’s estate. I had a lovely teller however when he was asking questions to his manager(?) Christina- the large female manager- she was beyond rude, loud and full of attitude when he was asking about information/ forms/ processes. I’ve banked here before and noticed her awful attitude previously as well. On behalf of my son who banks with TD, I want to thank Bruno for his customer service. Unfortunately we had to close my son's account due to fraudulent activity but Bruno did a great job of walking him through the process of what to expect (especially when he had to call the fraud line). As a parent of young adults, it's important to me that they have positive interactions in the community and our visit with Bruno was a great example of that. Thank you Bruno!

The staff are very thorough when providing top notch customer service, especially Andres who went above and beyond to ensure my details were correct, while I was purchasing a money order.
