The slowest brand that I had been, the only person who make good solutions and is fast is the manager,
Rude, so bad, very terrible customer service. They also has no more business line. PS: you don't need to use AI or auto or scripted respond, it even worsen of your already very poor management. Head office should remove the bad team at this location.

Was initially sorta nervous, but Bernardos was extremely helpful when I came to open a chequing account, and explained everything in clear detail😊
Our business account was recently a victim of fraud. When finding this out we immediately made a police report. Regardless of being customers for over a decade this branch did a ONE DAY investigation and CLOSED both our business and personal accounts... not frozen - closed! This branch refused to allow us to make an appeal as suggested by the fraud department, or formal complaint and would not provide us with any reference number to our complaint.
