I have been a customer of TD Bank for more than 15 years, but this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude as today. I went to the branch and was simply amazed at the unprofessionalism and indifference of the staff. Tailer Tiego Santos seemed to have no idea what he was doing. I was standing in line for over half an hour.Not a single customer moved and then the tellers were just doing nothing they had Four tellers Helping one customer And i'm just waiting for the Generic response that they give everyone saying, that they're looking into it.And they send it to the appropriate teams.Meanwhile nothing is ever gonna change
Excellent, fast and prompt service. There are two executives who speak Spanish and others who also speak other languages, which makes it much easier to clarify doubts.
It is unfortunate that at TD banks they have put people to help in different languages and some go with the mentality of a Latino requesting a service in Spanish and they are never available because they are always talking to someone in English and when they finish they do not have the courtesy to tell the person waiting anything. I would like them to consider sending someone from management or someone relevant to request some service as a normal customer so that they realize the kind of people they have in customer servic... read more
