Honestly had no intention of joining TD, I thought I would just pop in and see what was on offer as my wife was looking for a new bank, I was pleasantly surprised by the assistance provided by Sheybaaz Lalji, so much in fact that I've made the decision to switch banks and join TD. Really appreciate the assistance and attention to detail. Thanks Sheybaaz.
The experience I had at TD with Helen Pachis when setting up an account for my husband was incredible. She is very kind, knowledgeable and is always going above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and ensures that all questions are answered. My primary bank has been BMO but I have set an appointment with her to transfer and have TD as my primary bank. My whole family now banks with TD and I couldn’t thank her enough for all her help.
My former TD experience at my "home" bank which is at Danforth snd Coxwell over a year ans a half ago really left me resentful towards that location and their disposition towards people. I had started coming to this Pape location and I REALLY like this location, but more so, the tellers. I have been here several times now and always had a great experience here. Unfortunately, TD staff has lost the empathy with customers and the wait time at this branch is ridiculous.
Friendly and Knowledgeable staff working this Branch. Always Great customer service. Great atmosphere and interior design. ATM available inside the Branch only branch opening hours and outside ATM always - 24/7/365 - available. Outside on Pape Avenue ATM not much friendly for wheelchair ♿ Bank Customers.
