Never changed always same under staff take in to long
Sangram was very attentive to me and my wife. The service was excellent and fast. He explained everything to us. We had no doubt about the creation of the bank account and the benefits of the card. I appreciate the patience Sangram had with me and my wife. A polite boy when greeting. Pape Ave's TD needs more polite employees like him.
I had the best experience with Helen Pachis; she is responsible, honest, and supportive. She is excellent.
Just sat here to hang out, bench on the south side of Floyd. Turns out the metal label on this bench juts above the actual wood. Very sharp edges to it if you lay your arm along the back of the bench could cut yourself pretty good. Also I've banked with the most major banks in TD, terrible customer service & mortgage offerings. Be wary of this bench.
Honestly had no intention of joining TD, I thought I would just pop in and see what was on offer as my wife was looking for a new bank, I was pleasantly surprised by the assistance provided by Sheybaaz Lalji, so much in fact that I've made the decision to switch banks and join TD. Really appreciate the assistance and attention to detail. Thanks Sheybaaz.
