I can’t believe how poorly this bank treats its customers. They charge fees for everything, yet they put completely untrained staff at the front. The service is slow, unhelpful, and unprofessional. It’s frustrating to deal with people who don’t seem to know what they’re doing, especially when handling financial matters. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect from a bank.
The management and staff at this location demonstrate professionalism, efficiency, and helpfulness. The process is swift, and ample parking is available.
