been on hold for 2 hours with TD bank.I give them 60$ a month in fees and they won't even pick up the phone. They sure care about their customers! 👍

Ive been with TD for almost 20 years. Yesterday I was told that they couldnt help me, they're okay with seeing me pay high interest at another institution and dont want that money themselves. I have very good credit a full time job in the trades and a partner who has a mortgage with them. Yesterday TD lost a customer of 20 years. Another institution helped me with the lower interest loan. Beware of TD they only help you if you've got a million in the bank. Scammers. Thieves and exploiters. 20 years thrown down the drain.

I had an outstanding experience working with Cathy Song at TD Canada Trust. I booked an appointment to make a fairly complex change to my personal banking, and while it was outside her usual role, Cathy never hesitated to help. She was honest, proactive, and immediately said she would work with her manager to figure out the best solution. She was very respectful of our limited time in the branch (only 45 minutes) and followed through exactly as promised. Stephanie, the branch manager, has gone above and beyond to help us navigate this incredibly messy estate situation we’re in, with genuine care and compassion. I certainly can’t say this for the rest of TD’s departments and employees as it has been a nightmare dealing with TD from day one. But Stephanie has followed up and followed through, and we appreciate this so much.
