Benjamin Choi was extremely helpful. He was very kind and genuinely happy to assist me. I’m very satisfied with the service I received.
Worst experience at this TD branch. I strongly advise against booking any appointments with Mickey Lok Wing Wong. My husband and I visited this branch for a mortgage pre-approval as first-time homebuyers. During the appointment, we were told we only qualified for a certain amount because, according to her, the minimum down payment needed had increased from 5% to 10% (also for properties under $500K). Ive been banking at T.d for the last 10-15years, nothing but headache and control over my money. Ive been making unrealistic checks for the last 4 years, as a owner operator for household moving. Today they put a hold on my check and forcing me to wait till monday due to no supervisor, but for the last 4 years ive been making good money and it vairies month to month on my paychecks...quite clear to see this on my deposits every month. The worst customer service ever!!! Went to open an account with them couple weeks ago. Clearly that Daniel isn’t suite for the customer service role because he is only for himself. Didn’t listen to what the client said. Only do what he want the client to do. After 2 weeks of just open a basic credit card he called me and said: “listen, I’m working VERY HARD to get you approved for this”! Like he is doing me a favor while clearly this is his job!!!!
