Good service, but everytime I come here I wait for 30 minutes or more, always 2 tellers and 8 customers, they always take so long for transactions and I understand that it’s a hard process, but it’s ridiculous how long I wait every time I come here. It’s a minimum of 20 minutes ..

Every time I come to this TD, the wait is ridiculous. There will be one manager and one teller helping one customer, while only one other teller is available to help the 3-6+ people waiting in line. Meanwhile, there are multiple employees sitting in offices. I understand some transactions may take longer or require a manager, but this happens almost every time I come here. I shouldn’t have to wait 20+ minutes just to get through a basic transaction. The staffing and organization at this location seriously need improvement.

0 stars if I could. Without question, this is the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. The level of incompetence at this branch is astonishing. There have been so many errors that it’s impossible to list them all—from staff being unable to remove a hold on an ICBC cheque to mishandling the discharge of a mortgage. The worst customer service. They just told me to call, but I didn't even have a signal. There wasn't even a manager around.
