Ive been banking at T.d for the last 10-15years, nothing but headache and control over my money. Ive been making unrealistic checks for the last 4 years, as a owner operator for household moving. The worst customer service ever!!! Went to open an account with them couple weeks ago. Clearly that Daniel isn’t suite for the customer service role because he is only for himself. Didn’t listen to what the client said. Only do what he want the client to do. After 2 weeks of just open a basic credit card he called me and said: “listen, I’m working VERY HARD to get you approved for this”! Like he is doing me a favor while clearly this is his job!!!! I’ve spent the past week trying to update my card on file and phone number at this bank, but unfortunately, the experience has been unnecessarily frustrating. When I first visited, I was assisted by Sharine, who assumed I was not in a rush and, based on that assumption, chose not to process my request.
