The worst customer service ever!!! Went to open an account with them couple weeks ago. Clearly that Daniel isn’t suite for the customer service role because he is only for himself. Didn’t listen to what the client said. Only do what he want the client to do. After 2 weeks of just open a basic credit card he called me and said: “listen, I’m working VERY HARD to get you approved for this”! Like he is doing me a favor while clearly this is his job!!!! I’ve spent the past week trying to update my card on file and phone number at this bank, but unfortunately, the experience has been unnecessarily frustrating. When I first visited, I was assisted by Sharine, who assumed I was not in a rush and, based on that assumption, chose not to process my request. My daughter has been trying to deal with a banking issue for just over 5 days or so, being bounce back and fourth between the branch and online, so as you can assume this is very frustrating, today was the worsted day of all, after being in the bank twice today, i finally had to go in the third time with my daughter, the teller SHARIN was giving her attitude right from the time i walked in with her, she even had the nerve to laugh at her. i had to step in because she was treating her horribly. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH 2 SEPARATE ESTATES . Mickey Wong should be ashamed in the way she treats clients . She should be let go . I've never had an experience like this . Will never return to this bank .... ever .
