I have only had great experiences with this location, they do what they can to help, you may wait but just know it’s cause they’re doing their best to help everyone correctly
If you want to wait 6 years for them to attempt to help you then go ahead I showed up around 1:50 a little bit busy and they only had 2 tellers waited 30min and the line only moved by 2 people with still 5 more ahead of me such a waste of time higher more people!! Or staff more do better TD
Multiple times, I have left this branch feeling as if my funds are being held hostage. Many times, I have left this branch with my problems being unsolved and that my financial problems are disregarded. This may not be my main bank. Therefore, I may not have a large amount of funds, but it is not a reason to treat me differently. Businesses used to run off customer service. It is my belief that this branch does not hold this as their motto.
Horrible wait times for customer service due to minimal front staff able to help. Sadly not a one time occurrence. Always long lines. Always long waits.
