Gisselle is the GOAT and the staff deserves a pizza party because of this.
I had high hopes for my visit, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The wait time was excessively long, and it seemed like many tellers were not paying attention to the customers. I noticed several people leaving in frustration while I was waiting. With proper training and better customer service awareness, this place has the potential to improve significantly.
I did take the time to call the number listed above. It was of absolutely no value. The person after hearing the problem and request could only apologize. This was another waste of my time. I am only asking to do normal things within the law and allowed at other banks, but you obstruct my duties as POA. Dont get me wrong, we love many of the people locally, with nothing but appreciation for them, but their hands are tied. as acting POA for my mother, this bank does not allow me to do normal things within the law that other banks do allow. Causes a lot of headache and delays. For this specifically, other banks do far better
