Probably one of the worst branches, but TD in general is just a rotten institution.
had a great experience with a credit card application. Kevin was patient and helped me through my difficulties at a timely manner and made sure i was able to successfully apply for one!
TD bank is doing great job on training their staff on customer service.
Lea from this td branch was very helpful. The lady before who helped me had an attitude and did not do it properly, but when I came back and was greeted by Lea she was pleasant, patient and very thorough. She cleared up the other persons mistake and even followed up later in the week with me. She is an example of great customer service. She deserves a promotion. Thank you Lea!!!
