Service has gone downhill over the last few years. Managers are completely useless. Go to any other branch. RBC is across the road

TD Bank Franklin branch (no frills/shoppers plaza) : worst customer service. One person on the counter and 10 people waiting. They have no value for your time. Nobody cares if the queue is becoming longer or if it’s taking too long. I find they always try to slow things down. I want to ask Td bank: you don’t want people to come to your branch Or just don’t respect their time?
This td branch is ok. One thing I didn’t like was the staff purposely take longer to check all your banking info to see what they can upsell you on
