They have no brain only AI is working. It is a week that I running after them to open a business account but ignore human senses. Shame on you and your services.
I normally don’t write reviews, but I honestly could not sleep tonight without posting this. On Friday evening around 7 pm, I was at the branch and witnessed a situation that really stayed with me. A customer was yelling, screaming, and being extremely rude to the staff. I still can’t believe how some people have no empathy at all. I wish i know the name of Rep that was helping her so you can let her know that she is awesome and i am so sorry for her!!! Terrible service with staff who are rude and miserable, particularly the ones working tonight, Thursday July 3, 2025. I hope whoever manages that branch will take note and make steps to improve. If not; it’s easy enough for customers to bank elsewhere
