Strongly suggest going elsewhere if you are looking for competent service! I took my step father to this TD branch in February (2026) to help him transfer funds from a savings account into a new TSFA, after 2 meetings they were not competent enough to figure it out, shockingly they didn't even know how to complete an interbrach transfer without calling the call center! Any of the ATMs doesnot accept cash and its frustrating on top of it drive thru has limited options
Christine was amazing — kind, warm, and incredibly thoughtful. She took the time to truly understand my concerns and offered the best possible solutions. I really felt heard, understood, and supported. She didn’t push any of my complaints or concerns under the rug; instead, she addressed everything with care and honesty
I think the current 2.6 rating I see accurately reflects most of my experiences here. The line ups can be long, and there seems to lack any kind of urgency. I understand it’s likely a relatively casual place as it’s a small branch, but it translates to a lack of care and connection to those waiting in the line. Ultimately, though, the line eventually leads to someone who in due course will complete the necessary transactions. It might just take a while to get there.
