I was so glad to hear this branch was closing. It's well deserved. This branch went backwards in regards to customer service. There once was a time it was opened 8am-8pm. Now they closes at 5PM. There used to be 24 hour access to the ATM, now its locked up after 5pm, with no card access....like 20 years ago. Worst branch in the KW region. Bye Bye good riddance from the down town Preston Community.
Switched to td for the better hours now those hours are non existent and closed on weekends cannot access the atm unless the whole bank is open on top of all that this location is being shut down
The staff and manager at the branch were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my visit a positive experience. I received excellent banking services.
I had a very good banking experience and excellent customer service.
