I was so glad to hear this branch was closing. It's well deserved. This branch went backwards in regards to customer service. There once was a time it was opened 8am-8pm. Now they close at 5PM and are closed on weekends. There used to be 24 hour access to the ATM, now its locked after hours with no card access like 20 years ago. Worst branch in the KW region by far. Good riddance from the down town Preston Community. Tim Horton's is waiting for you all.
