My favorite branch!
Consistently worst TD I’ve been too. Staff talk more amongst themselves then actually help. Every time I go to this one I wanna close my accounts. Upper middle and Appleby is way better.
This particular TD branch has become a big disappointment lately. Not sure what happened, because in the past the customer care has been great. It’s not the customer service reps it’s the lack of them! This afternoon 2 of us left the line up because the wait was very long. I therefore decided to go to the ATM for my cash withdrawal. The first machine didn’t have any one hundred dollar bills and offered up 75 x in $20’s instead. Really? The second machine had the $100’s but couldn’t print a receipt.
