The worst experience I ever had with TD was in this branch, very unprofessional staff and weak communication skills.
Never going back to this location. Miss communication all across the board. Got my appointment cancelled yesterday by some extremely rude woman .. asked me if I wanted to cancel when she already moved my much anticipated very important appointment and before I could say yes or no she hung up. Called back to management and said what happened. Been going there for almost 4 years….new bank please!
Great staff and service but the phone line does not allow to leave a message for a call back .
Walking into this specific branch feels so uncomfortable and unwelcoming. They are busy sipping on their coffee cups. Feels like you have interrupted their conversations. Doesn’t feel like you are their customer.
Customer Service is garbage. Took a month and half to get a line of credit increase. To which they never called back until enquired. Amit never returns calls. Avoid this bank. Very unprofessional. Will be closing everything with TD and I’ve been with them for 35 years.
