Had a simple small business request, branch manager avoided me, put on hold for 30 minutes, left 2 voicemail and.no call back. I've had an account with TD for over 20 years, I am in the process of moving to CIBC.
Horrible and long waiting lines, not enough TD Bank employees to provide high customer service
The store is suppose to open at 9. I am here at 9:06 and no one opened the door. This is the worst location that TD has.
The worst experience I ever had with TD was in this branch, very unprofessional staff and weak communication skills.
Never going back to this location. Miss communication all across the board. Got my appointment cancelled yesterday by some extremely rude woman .. asked me if I wanted to cancel when she already moved my much anticipated very important appointment and before I could say yes or no she hung up. Called back to management and said what happened. Been going there for almost 4 years….new bank please!
