Really poor quality service, a severe lack of interest in client concerns and demonstrably poor knowledge of account services and direct debit transactions. Asking myself why I am still a customer after all these years?
My main branch for many years -- Daniella (Ret) + Luel have been a great asset to this location. They are thorough, and helpful even during stressful times
The teller was professional and helpful. It wasn’t that busy so I was in and out quite fast.
No one smiles in this bank . I was treated so poorly today . They had me run home 4 times to get more i info to replace my debit card that got accidentally locked on my app .. I was continually sent home for more info . I was treated so rudely and left in tears.
