My main branch for many years -- Daniella (Ret) + Luel have been a great asset to this location. They are thorough, and helpful even during stressful times
The teller was professional and helpful. It wasn’t that busy so I was in and out quite fast.
No one smiles in this bank . I was treated so poorly today . They had me run home 4 times to get more i info to replace my debit card that got accidentally locked on my app .. I was continually sent home for more info . I was treated so rudely and left in tears.
These people have no idea what they're doing. The supposed ones who deal with accounts after someone dies. My husband has spoken to 2 separate people who deal with this situation. Both were wrong. Gave incorrect information altogether! Thank goodness we were able to phone 'estate services' and she advised us that everything they told us was wrong!!!
