I share the review of the last person. Waited in line for so long while five other people collected in line behind me. Two staff at the desk and one disappeared for a while and then a couple of minutes. After that the other one disappeared briefly and then there was no one at the desk and we waited and we waited. They are seriously understaffed here and unfortunately I figured by the time I got up there they would tell me to come back another day with more information they would need. Terrible service, they do not care about there customers
They seem understaffed. One person just sitting there at the desk, not helping anyone waiting in line, on his phone. One teller let a customer go to their car to “look” for something and continued to make the line wait. Very frustrating to have a bank make customer come into a branch to fix issue on their account and then to be waiting for extended periods of time. I find it unreasonable to make customer wait for other customers to check their cars for ID or to be sitting at a desk on your phone, especially when we pay bank ... read more
