i have very bad experience about this location and services.
There was lots of stupid construction this year, no access to ATMS for weeks on end and small parking lot. Also once a financial advisor leaves the branch they just leave the customer to rot and don’t follow up. Gonna change branches in the new year for sure.

After being with TD Bank for more than 30 years. They wanted to hold a bank draft (for 5 days) that I wanted to deposit into my account. The bank draft was from CIBC, I had the receipt for the bank draft, which was made out to me as I was transferring money to TD bank. The CIBC branch was also in Burlington. With TD Bank I have 3 bank accounts, 2 credit cards a line of credit and an investment portfolio. I have a TD bank card with a pin number and my drivers license was used as I.D.
