I can’t even begin to express the un professionalism this branch has. My brother and I have been dealing with the death of our parents. Unfortunately they chose to use this bush league bank. If they didn’t I would have switched banks and or even consulted the homeless man out front. He probably could have assisted us more. We made multiple appointments to start an estate account. Used to be nice but it’s rolling downhill. They lock the ATMs at the same time as the bank. To find out they are locking it to stop a homeless person from seeking shelter; makes it more asinine and ridiculous. From TD website “TD Green Machine ATMs operate 24/7 for withdrawals and inquiries, providing access to accounts anytime.” Seeing that’s not being done to be inhumane to a person is absurd
I would rate this branch with -10. The ATM was closed by 6pm. One of the staff was coming out and advised me to go to the Burlington mall branch (which isn't close by at all), and mentioned the ATM door was closed due to a homeless person seeking shelter, which is surprising since the Scotiabank ATM across the street was still accessible. Same area, but TD’s service and accessibility in this branch is poor. Especially from the staff who directed me to head to the Burlington mall. He will remember me if he is reading this.
It is the worst experience ever,went into my branch 30 years at 510 brant street Burlington to the person teller, had my bank card and pin and teller said he needed to see my ID because it was more than he could handle. I was paying revenue Canada 7 k.he got the manager which is different every time I go in.she says she knows me but to authentic I need ID.there is 2 other tellers in there that know me.i asked for another teller who is more experienced to handle my transaction.
