Always friendly
It was a good branch, but all good employees were promoted and left. The current staff is knowledgeless, careless and I highly recommend find another branch!
I be been compromised twice in last two months TD does not do enough to prevent fraud I lost a 550 and today someone tried to to use my new debit card online again my card was flagged and cancelled. When I called the fraud department they could only tell where this transaction took place nothing but please be careful with online transactions no one there to help with steps to take to prevent fraud in future when I approached my branch no one there trained in fraud prevention.TD needs to hire people who work and have formal t... read more
Went in to pay the tax owed on the ESTATE account of my late wife. The manager said we don't do that anymore. She said we do personal tax payments but not estate accounts. I asked 'do you still have estate accounts?' She said yes we do, obviously unaware the only reason you have an estate account is to pay the taxes owed. I went to the Guelph Line branch and they resolved it within 30 seconds. The New Street branch has some serious management problems.
Horrible customer service and different requirements each time you visit. In early January we had appointment with an advisor for an investment for my mother. Shweta, was going to process the investment & call me to notify it was completed & leave the paperwork to be signed at the front. No phone call & no paperwork.
