So slow! And the manager Shefany has such a bad attitude.
Came in to open bank account for my kid at 5:15pm but according to them it’s too late to open the account even though they have 10+ People working in the bank. Come back tomorrow lol
Terrible customer service. Every time I need to request something, it takes weeks and weeks and multiple emails to get any kind of answers. I requested a transfer of RESP funds from one account to another on an in-person visit on April 19 and I'm STILL waiting for it to happen, with no explanation for why it's taking so long! This is not the first time I've had an issue waiting weeks for answers.
