“Open until 6pm” Oh but if you need anything other than using the ATM you need to book an appointment for next week during a very slim time slot because that’s when the manager is working. Oh also both ATMs are down at the moment so what’s the point of even having this branch?
I went to get account services. Sunita Mantri helped me with it. She is so competent, helpful and well mannered.
This TD branch is totally incompetent. Took 40mins to get a new debit card. Treated me as if I was a criminal even though I’m in there every week. Dealt with this particular teller many times. Although the manager I assume was my main issue. Utterly clueless. Wonder if they realize that TD paid 3 billion US in fines for money laundering. . Get your money out of this bank. Being incompetent seems do be a prerequisite to work at this branch.
worst TD branch experience. I went there to update debit card PIN because ATM was not doing that for me. Teller said they need my ID. I went to my car parking to get ID, It took hardly 10second my car was parked just outside the TD gate and they close the door saying its 4:00pm. I was already inside the bank before 4:00pm. They should have just told me or stop taking new customer after 3:45pm. If they are in so much hurry to close right at 4:00pm.
The bank is lucky to have Amala working for them at the Brant street branch. She is knowledgeable and patient with all. A delight to know. Nita Farquharson
