UPDATE. Feb 19th 2026. Still haven’t heard from the branch manager. Very disappointing. Thinking of taking my personal AND business needs elsewhere. Feb 5th 2026. Used to love this branch, the staff were amazing. But now there are new staff and it’s not great. I went there this week to make a DEPOSIT, instead they made a withdrawal from my account (without my knowledge might I add) and then made a deposit of double the amount?? I’m assuming it was a mistake and the guy corrected it by doing the deposit of double. I called to... read more
Used to love this branch, the staff were amazing. But now there are new staff and it’s not great.
