I have a real complaint about a newer male manager at this branch. I went in today as I had lots of money in my account, but could not access it for some reason. The teller is not sure why I cant access the funds, so she grabs a manager. I explain and we come to the conclusion it's cause I used the outside machine and its on hold until tomorrow. I explain it was my error and could I pls access 10% of it today as I have payments coming out of that account. He says really loud for the whole bank to hear "No" because I have a r... read more
Worst TD branch I've ever been in. Untrained and incompetent people working there. If I could rate them as "0"stars I would.
Excellent Service and Staff!!!!
