I'm shocked and appalled how rude tour clerk name Nav is. She didn't day hi or even ask how she could help us. When we stood there after being rudely ignored I asked how she eas and she said good and gave me a condescending look. I said I would like to cash this cheque and she rudely said put your card in. But then she was nice to the older lady behind us. I guess she was judging my wife in a wheel chair or myself. Either way it was disgusting. What makes her so much above us?
I’ve had appointments with both Lauren and Anoop and they’ve both been exceedingly helpful and willing to answer my massive list of questions. Great location!
Paula helped make my experience a positive one with excellent customer service and a go getter attitude. Huge rave for following up on things that aren't necessarily her responsibility. Kudos to you!
Worst TD of all. Cancels my 1st appointment just hours before the schedule. I got rescheduled, then on my 2nd appointment and I get stood up again, I messaged the contact in my TD appointment email but no reply. What a waste of time dealing with this branch.
