This location doesn't deserve one star, Manager of this location needs major customer service training! Absolutely rude lady ! Walked in with simple request she got involved and told me it's not possible at all, drove to another location my request was done in 3 minutes with so much respect. Some of td locations need to be shut down for sure, their existence is nonsense and waste of money.
My wife went in after they canceled her bank card from her trying to purchase a $2 app on her phone assuming it was a fraudulent purchase. Even though we've been dealing with them for over 30 yrs & at one time they held our mortgage they would not accept several pieces of icture ID ( government issued health card, expired lic, & passport) to reinstate her card. I was bought in for what I thought was a meeting with a new financial planner because when I moved to Barrie my present FP wasnt as readily available to meet in person because of distance. I assumed I was meeting with another FP but that wasn't the case it was an IC. We were both confused as to why her and I were meeting. A complete waste of time.
