Been with TD for over 40 years... which speaks volumes.. yes there are days where the lines are long and it's difficult for the elderly or disabled to stand for long periods. But the staffs service from the tellers to office staff have met my needs or exceeded. Like Ksenia, she was friendly, professional and performed my banking needs in a timely manner. Like any business there's good days and bad... but I'm a client for life.
After selling a property I had a 7 figure short term deposit to make. TD at this branch refused to help me. I took a money order instead and walked across the street to CIBC. They were happy to help.
TD is one of the worst banks in Canada Horrible horrible experience every single time
