The manager just sits there when it’s clearly busy…. take a coffee break when it’s dead. Focus on services not serving yourself. You are here as a service…. Focus. If you actually “bank on respect” try respecting our time!? The in oerson wait takes just as long as it did in the 90’s… how ? All this technology and still can even get efficiencies in place.
