Updating my review to reflect that my issue was eventually solved & TD worked to come to a satisfactory solution and sent me a nice card for my trouble. Normally TD has exceptional customer service so I will consider this a one off in my 15 years of business.
They had doors locked. I tried to use outside drive through machine and it was not even working. Atleast if you’re gonna lock the inside machines, have the outside machine working.

Deposited money orders at the ATM. ATM malfunctioned and ate my card & deposited them as 1 cent. I have been to the bank three times. I’ve called the help line three times. No one has been able to fix the issue and seems to know what’s going on. This is a significant amount of money and the lack of help, professionalism, and solutions is astonishing.
