The manager, Songul, is incredibly rude. She does not listen to clients, has no regard for customer retention or resolution. She refuses to consider individual circumstances to address banking needs and as a manager who can offer some flexibility, she would rather lose a customer for other TD banner items - auto, life, etc.
Lots of parking and no line up
Spoke with Neeti today from loss prevention, she was very sweet and helpful, if your having struggles with your bank account I highly recommend you speak to her about it.
When I open my account 15+ years ago when I moved to Berry.These guys are just awesome.I wouldn't go anywhere else...
