This isn't towards the bank but rather the company it's self. I'm trying to comprehend how you can go into or mobile deposit a ow/ODSP cheque and have no holds, yet a provincial rebate is held?! Some people who cash them are literally living paycheck to paycheck with kids and require the money and to have it held for 5 days is insane... Any government check should be at Max a 24hr hold, it's government... I'VE BEENEFT FEELING HELPLESS.
