Awful customer service. On June 22 around 4pm I went into the branch to get my sin number on my profile for my osap. I had called easy line and they told me to go into which ever branch to do so. I had lost my actual sin card but I have a photo of the card, and BY CANADIAN GOVERNMENT LAW the bank or any institution needs to see the physical sin card. I've been to this branch twice and both times, I was turned away. Went to other TD branches and was able to do my deposit there. This branch has a very funky kimchi smell, it sticks to your clothes. Beware
