I've been to this branch twice and both times, I was turned away. Went to other TD branches and was able to do my deposit there. This branch also has a very funky kimchi smell, it sticks to your clothes. Beware
I'm a customer of the branch for many years. Excellent customer service, very friendly personnel, always helping and solving problems if needed!!
PLEASE READ: I’m not going to mince words because as you can see this bank has many terrible reviews for good reason. Dear TD Canada Trust, I am a business owner. I came here yesterday around 1 P.M Monday, December 1st, 2025 to withdraw money for my vacation trip and their staff was very tense, no smile, very long and slow. They had to ask many other staff and the managers. They also did not confidently to face with client. The customer I also “doubted” their skills and professionalism. Ahhhh after 2 hours I had my passport and I just wanted to get my card and i went to a branch before only took me 15 minutes definitely not recommend this branch people without a English degree and at the end they said we can’t give you a new card
