It is a bank!
Not sure why this branch has 3.2 stars. Diana was helping me out and she was super helpful and efficient. She helped me out with all my issues in a very short time. This visit was way better than the other 2 branches I visited in the last couple days.
Stopped by to use the ATM in a part of town I very rarely travel to. Slight problem with my card so I go into the very large branch itself. Not another customer in sight, go the wickets, a lady named Donna helped me - could not have been nicer or more professional, fixed my card and got my cash in a jiffy. I wish this was the branch close to where I live which is always overcrowded and frankly not at all user friendly. Thanks Donna!
