I dodged a bullet with this one
Very good customer service!
If you have to deposit an official bank draft, this branch won’t accept it. Save time and take it to the TD branch down the street- they processed it successfully within a couple of minutes. (Apparently the recipient name needs to be machine-printed not handwritten by a teller. I took it back to RBC to get it re-issued, they recommended to try an alternate branch and lodge a complaint. So here it is.)
Mancus was really helpful and professional, helping me with everything I needed.
