Wish I can give a zero star! Tellers are nice but somewhat clueless. And if you have an appointment with Maria, cancel it! Or you will receive the most rude, impolite and impatient service! This branch really need a customer service training indeed.
I came to this branch and was waiting around for 45minutes no greeting no acknowledgement. 3 customers came in after me and was also seated in the waiting area but all got attended and was greeted by the short lady with long hair. She made eye contact with me but didn’t say anything. That’s not good customer service. I decided to book myself a meeting on the web app but after 30minites of waiting, and no came to attend or greet or even acknowledge that I was there I came to the front and said I have an appointment. I would give 0if i could. Rude, incompetent as Inconsiderate as it can get. TD bank is the worst bank and this branch is absolutely the worst. Do not do any banking here.
Had a terrible experience at this branch- was treated horribly by staff and met without an ounce of compassion during a challenging personal financial situation. The employees lacked basic human kindness and customer service skills. Actively researching other banks so that I don’t have to deal with TD ever again.
