I had a really positive experience at the TD Bank Copper Creek location. Maria was very helpful. I really appreciated her patience and advice.
Give yourself extra 1 hour at this location. Inept manager who oversees the tellers. Will stare at you waiting, and not lift a finger. Just sit at her desk and send people to take breaks. The simplest of transactions here take an unfathomable amount of time. At least they're consistent...I have NEVER received, fast, effective service.
Extremely unprofessional service at this TD Bank branch. The staff attitude toward customers is disappointing and unacceptable. This was not an isolated incident with one employee — I encountered multiple staff members who were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed a clear lack of respect. Extremely slow service. Had to wait in line for 20 mins when there were only 3 people ahead of me. Under staffed and the staff not trained.
The worst branch in Markham. Tellers and management need to be replaced. TD is overall a horrible bank to deal with in terms of everything. I regret this bank and it being the first one I ever opened. If you have children and need to open a bank account for them, find a different financial institution.
