Came in for a deposit, the Indian lady didn’t help and would not tell me the reason why I couldn’t deposit my cheque. Bad experience overall, would not come back to this branch.
My credit card has been delivered at this branch 1 month ago. But they are denying to receive it. Visited in person twice and called them several times. The Indian woman was very rude and kept denying to receive it or call me back. I have a tracking number from Td that confirms that it was delivered about 20 days ago. BEWARE!!!!!! THEY ARE SOME OF THE WORST REPRESENTATIVES FROM TD.
