My credit card has been delivered at this branch 1 month ago. But they are denying to receive it. Visited in person twice and called them several times. The Indian woman was very rude and kept denying to receive it or call me back. I have a tracking number from Td that confirms that it was delivered about 20 days ago. BEWARE!!!!!! THEY ARE SOME OF THE WORST REPRESENTATIVES FROM TD.

Bharathi was amazing! Went into TD to open up a new account and she made the process very quick, easy and thorough! She guided me the whole way through and went above and beyond for me. She is an amazing person to deal with overall and i would highly recommend her to anyone! Very friendly staff throughout the branch!
We encountered issues accessing our joint accounts after the passing of a family member. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating experience. When we spoke with Maria at this branch, she made it seem nearly impossible to access the accounts, not even asking us standard security questions. She also stated that it could take up to a year to resolve and claimed she had never encountered this situation in her 15 years of working.
