Extremely slow service. Had to wait in line for 20 mins when there were only 3 people ahead of me. Under staffed and the staff not trained.
The worst branch in Markham. Tellers and management need to be replaced. TD is overall a horrible bank to deal with in terms of everything. I regret this bank and it being the first one I ever opened. If you have children and need to open a bank account for them, find a different financial institution.
The worst customer service.
Wish I can give a zero star! Tellers are nice but somewhat clueless. And if you have an appointment with Maria, cancel it! Or you will receive the most rude, impolite and impatient service! This branch really need a customer service training indeed.
I came to this branch and was waiting around for 45minutes no greeting no acknowledgement. 3 customers came in after me and was also seated in the waiting area but all got attended and was greeted by the short lady with long hair. She made eye contact with me but didn’t say anything. That’s not good customer service. I decided to book myself a meeting on the web app but after 30minites of waiting, and no came to attend or greet or even acknowledge that I was there I came to the front and said I have an appointment.
