Thirty minutes to deposit three cheques customers’ time deserves more respect. Visited the branch at 9:05 AM to deposit three business cheques. With six staff present, it still took nearly 30 minutes to process a simple deposit — handled by a trainee teller and eventually completed with the manager’s help. I fully support employee training, but customers shouldn’t feel like the training material. I got problem in retrieving my bank statements in August 2025 from TD apps , however it keeps on giving 2024 ones…. I told a TD staff in person about my issue. Her name is Selena. She helped me to request paper bank statements which will take 2 business days, but I have to fly tomorrow and I need such statements to my insurance company for some reason. Selena found a way to solve my problem. she’s very friendly and sincere, and very smart to find solutions. Her help is greatly appreciated! 🥰
We came here to at 12 pm on a Tuesday and had to wait for over half an hour for a teller. There were only 2 tellers and the line was all the way to the door. The rest of staff were sitting in their offices with no one there. The teller manager sat and drank his coffee while we all waited.
Terrible experience at this TD branch. The wait time is always very long, and the staff are consistently unfriendly and impolite. On top of that, this branch limits cash withdrawals to only $3,500, while other branches allow $5,000. Very inconvenient and disappointing service compared to other TD locations.
