This location's customer service was bad, and their practices were discriminatory, which came from the manager himself. I was doing business with someone from the area; we are both customers of TD, so we went there just to be safe. I understand that I had to open an account on the spot, so I was directed to the teller, and he said I couldn't see a financial advisor before 2:00 PM. I had a great experience at this branch. I realized I had remembered my appointment date incorrectly, but as soon as I walked in, the staff and management stepped in right away. Everyone was very kind, welcoming, and attentive. They truly did their best to accommodate me and worked hard to resolve my issue despite the mistake on my part. I really appreciate the excellent service and the effort from both the staff and management—thank you for taking such good care of your customers!
