I visited this branch around 5 PM today. An elderly lady in front of me was simply trying to withdraw $2,500, but the process became unnecessarily complicated. She was asked many questions, became frustrated, and the transaction still dragged on for more than 30 minutes. This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with.It used to be great, but ever since a bald manager took over, they’ve made everything unnecessarily difficult. Even simple tasks take an hour of pointless questioning. The process is now full of ridiculous hassles, wasting customers’ time. I’ll never come back to this bank again—I’m seriously considering switching the bank.This manager doesn’t help，he just creates problems for you！
Perhaps my worst experience with TD to date. The wait time for teller services exceeded 30 minutes, which is unacceptable for basic banking needs. Only two tellers were available despite a steadily growing line of customers. It’s disappointing to see such inadequate staffing during peak hours. TD needs to improve its in-branch service efficiency to meet customer expectations.
