Perhaps my worst experience with TD to date. The wait time for teller services exceeded 30 minutes, which is unacceptable for basic banking needs. Only two tellers were available despite a steadily growing line of customers. It’s disappointing to see such inadequate staffing during peak hours. TD needs to improve its in-branch service efficiency to meet customer expectations.

A very unfriendly branch. I ordered Japanese Yen cash at TD Bank, and the cash was not delivered to the branch until the day of the flight. When my daughter went to the branch to withdraw money, she was told that I had to go to the branch in person to withdraw it. I explained my situation on the phone, and that I was far away from their branch at the time, and asked if I could verify my identity through security questions or mobile verification codes, so that I could authorize my family to withdraw cash on my behalf.
