I’ve been dealing with a lot of things related to my pre-construction closing, and honestly, the whole process has been very stressful and exhausting. At the final step, I needed one last bank draft, and Caroline and Sabrina were both very helpful and patient with me. It might have been just a small thing for them, but at that moment, when I was already feeling very stressed and overwhelmed, their help meant a lot to me. The cash from the ATM is always ripped. I've never had that happen at any other ATM

This location's customer service was bad, and their practices were discriminatory, which came from the manager himself. I was doing business with someone from the area; we are both customers of TD, so we went there just to be safe. I understand that I had to open an account on the spot, so I was directed to the teller, and he said I couldn't see a financial advisor before 2:00 PM.
