After more than 30 years with the TD it is time to move on. They have held a BMO Money order from my mothers Estate for a week. I tried twice online with reps and twice with staff at my own branch to get it released after 6 days. After leaving a voice mail with my branch manager R Roy to please call me back I called again 5 hours later only to be told he had left for the weekend. Service is disappearing
I over paid on my visa and decided to close it bc I wasn’t using it. Been waiting a 1/12 years for the overpayment to be returned to me. Filled out numerous forms with them multiple times and yet to receive it back. Do not deal with TD Bank they are crooks and have aweful services
