I over paid on my visa and decided to close it bc I wasn’t using it. Been waiting a 1/12 years for the overpayment to be returned to me. Filled out numerous forms with them multiple times and yet to receive it back. Do not deal with TD Bank they are crooks and have aweful services
Eight people in line and only two tellers. Both helping the same person. Shameful. Not only that though. I got bait-and-switched on currency conversion. 500 Euros cost me 612.32 USD. I sat right there in front of the teller doing a currency conversion on td.com's Currency Converter ("Cash" not "Non-Cash") and it said that 500 Euros should only cost 593.15 USD. I'm mad at myself for not just walking out. Never ever will I convert currency at TD Bank. Quite honestly, I am not sure why I even keep that one single account at TD.... read more
I was a TD customer for 25 years. Customer service was excellent for majority of those 25 years. Last 5-6 years the customer service has gradually declined and is now unbearable. My observations are the rapid retirement of those people that provided all the great service and now replaced with people that don't really care. Embarrassing but maybe TD can resolve this business problem through better hiring practices and improved training.
Always pleasant and helpful
If the hours of operation are on the door, then put up a sign if you're going to close almost an hour early. No sign on the door either.
