TD has nice employees and all of them trying to help customers.
Not like most TD banks, for some reason I’ve never heard someone say anything positive about this location. Slow service, no staff, poor customer service and poor management.
I've been a td customer for decades. My main branch is in Amherstburg. On occasion, I have stopped into the lasalle branch for various reasons. Every time, it's terrible. Service is subpar at best. Too often they are understaffed. And when they are well staffed, it seems it takes multiple employees to help each customer, leading me to believe that the staff is poorly trained.
