The issue with my account that the Grand Marais branch couldn’t resolve was successfully handled at this branch. Ms. Taylor followed up carefully and provided great service. It was a very good experience.
I had the best experience at this location. Despite having some difficulties with my bank cardb and account I was referred to Maricel who not only resolved my issues but provided me with information about other products offered by TD that I didn't know I was eligible for. I was very sceptical about TD but Maricel assured me through actions not words that I was in good hands. Thank you so much Maricel, your colleagues in other branches can learn a thing or two from you!
TD has nice employees and all of them trying to help customers.
Not like most TD banks, for some reason I’ve never heard someone say anything positive about this location. Slow service, no staff, poor customer service and poor management.
