Had two tellers held up and did not seem to occur to them to open a third teller. They nitpick when to open more teller as additional staff touches keyboard eye balls line up and decides be held up together on two existing tills and then chats on side with an advisor that walked out. Slowest service ever to get chages on bill. I wouldn't recommend going if you need prompt service or expect reasonable customer service.
Tried to deposit money through a teller at this branch and almost got scammed for a 100 dollars, after I mentioned that, he apologized and said that there is 100 more needs to be deposited and only after I saw it. So if I wouldnt have mentioned that, they would have just had my 100$.
I had an appointment with Solomon and I wanted to create a joint account, and even though the situation was exceptional, he patiently guided me and helped resolve everything to successfully open the account for me.

Visited this TD branch at 329 North Rd, Coquitlam on September 13, 2025, around 10:40 AM to pick up a debit card for my business account. While the teller was helpful, the Personal Account Associate who handled the security questions was extremely rude and dismissive. She sighed, gave me frustrated looks, and spoke in an unprofessional tone throughout the process. This made the experience very unpleasant and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. Very disappointing way to start the morning.
