Slow with helping customers. Long lineups with 1 teller open. I opened an RDSP in November 2024 and it’s now end of April 2025. Not acceptable. Now I have lost out on the government credits.
One of your staff named Solomon never call me back or left message for 4 times in 10 days and that leads me to close one of my US account with TD and staying in BMO. It is not much but I am moving little more than $100K to BMO and close yours pretty soon. Worst banking service I have ever experienced.
Been coming here for a year because i have no others on my route....THE WORST TD BRANCH in the lower mainland Be prepared to wait 45mins+ dont matter what time of day you go, or how many people are in line.... over 45mins every single visit...absolute gongshow
