오랫만에 이용한 TD은행 서비스가 이상해 졌는지 계속 핑퐁 당하다가 한인몰에 브런치가서 직원분이신 유진님의 도움으로 아주 깔끔하게 해결되고 이해도 너무 잘 되게 도와주셔서 불쾌했던 마음들이 좋아졌다.감사하다고 전해드리고 싶다. 그러나 direct investment 콜 서비스에 4개언어만 지원되는데 한국어는 지원이 안되다는것과 담당이라고 전화받는 분들이 특히 인도쪽 분들은 너무 지식이.없는것 같아 난 아침내내 핑퐁게임을 당했다.캐나다5대 은행이라면서 한국 직원분들도 손님도 많은 은행인것 같은데 오랫만에 이용했는데 전 보다 시스템에 실망했다.오늘 텔러직원분 아니었으면 돈 다 뺄뻔....
I recently moved to the area and needed to make a transaction at the branch. A lovely Black lady with a warm and welcoming smile assisted me a few weeks ago. She was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about banking procedures and explained everything clearly. She even took the time to ask if I was satisfied with the service I received — and I truly was, more than satisfied. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made my experience exceptional. She is absolutely wonderful!
